wifi radiation can damage your sperm ?
The latest in a long line of research has shown the radiation vs. sperm, once again, that you really have to carry your laptop from your lap. The report, published in the journal Fertility and Sterility by some scientists Argentina, how the details of semen samples from 29 healthy, strong men suffered significant damage when placed under a WiFi-connected laptop. In control tests - with the sperm away from the emission of WiFi, but at temperatures below-the same laptop - 14% of the sperm die within four hours, and 3% showed DNA damage. When placed under the laptop for four hours, 25% of the sperm die and 9% showed DNA damage. An important finding here is that the WiFi electromagnetic (EM) radiation that damaged sperm - almost every other studies have focused on increasing the temperature (which is also damage sperm, incidentally).
Before you go out and buy a jockstrap lead, though, remember that this is the ex vivo - testicular sperm outside - and scientific studies do not go as far to say that EM radiation really affect your chances of getting a girl pregnant. Basically, it is possible that the skin (thin) of your testicles is enough to stop the cooking WiFi signal from your little guy - and then, you are constantly producing sperm throughout the day, so unless you preface every attempt conception by having a laptop on your lap for four hours, you should be OK (although I'm afraid I may have just described the standard setup for most of the night households)
Perhaps more importantly Fooool impotent!, Although, this study shows that it is very weak, low frequency radiation does have an effect on sperm. We may know the extent of this effect, but this is proof that at least we should be careful. If anything, it reaffirms that we should not keep a notebook on our lap for a large amount of time - and the same should be said about the iPad, Kindle Fire, or your choice of WiFi-enabled gizmo. You may not have to keep WiFi permanently enabled in your smartphone, either.
